Lantz Center for Christian Vocations

In keeping with our mission as a United Methodist-related university, the University of Indianapolis has created the ecumenical Lantz Center for Christian Vocations to provide programming for Christian vocational education.

Named after former President G. Benjamin Lantz, Jr., who encouraged and supported this initiative from the beginning, the Lantz Center integrates the University's ongoing commitment to moral and intellectual formation with a renewed concern for spiritual formation. Specifically, we want to reach those students who desire to integrate their self-understanding as Christians with their vocational plans and hopes, and thereby fulfill the university's historic mission of "Education for Service" in new ways.
